Security Guard & Patrol Services

Yes. Our security officers check in and off duty using an automated software system that verifies the officer's location and maintains a complete record of on-duty hours. McNear Agency Services also has field supervisors who routinely monitor the performance of all team members — through supervision, training, and inspection — to ensure our clients receive consistently high-quality service.
We conduct an extensive internal investigation including prior employment verification and personal references. We perform a nationwide database search into each applicant's criminal background. All security personnel must also undergo criminal history fingerprint checks before they are cleared for assignment.
Yes. We offer a traditional professional security uniform, complete with a company patch and badge, to ensure our officers present a credible, authoritative, and professional appearance at your facility.
Our training program includes classroom instruction covering state laws, regulations, and general security procedures. In addition, all security personnel receive specific on-site training tailored to each individual client's environment and requirements. All officers are fully trained and cleared before beginning their assignment — no exceptions.
Yes. Depending on management needs, daily security reports can be provided for each shift. Incident reports will be generated if any security violation occurs — including criminal activity, property loss or damage, falls, or injuries on the property. Electronic reporting can be provided to clients upon request.

We save you the time, money, and effort of building those connections yourself — and our friendly support team is always available to help.
Our publishing process typically takes 5 days in total from placing your order — including 2–4 days for publishing and 1–2 days to compile your full distribution report. Article writing takes approximately 48 hours, and revisions are typically completed within 24–48 hours. Note that timelines may be extended if submitted articles require significant revision.
