In his role, Mr. Wilkerson oversees the legal dimensions of McNear's government and commercial contract portfolio — reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to protect the company's rights and obligations at every stage. His deep knowledge of government contracting law, federal acquisition regulations, and employment law makes him an invaluable asset in the highly regulated environments McNear operates within.
