Timothy Walker serves as Vice President of Operations at McNear Agency Services LLC, reporting directly to President Trevina McNear. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational execution across all of McNear's service lines — ensuring every contract is staffed, managed, and delivered to the highest standard of performance.
Mr. Walker brings over 20 years of progressive operations management experience spanning commercial, government, and contract government environments. His extensive background gives him a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to build and sustain high-performing teams in complex, compliance-driven settings — from multi-site commercial facility operations to mission-critical government contract performance.
A graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Mr. Walker combines a strong academic foundation with real-world operational mastery. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is trained in OSHA safety standards and Lean operational principles — credentials that directly shape how he leads McNear's operations function.
As VP of Operations, Mr. Walker is the organizational linchpin between executive strategy and field-level execution. He works closely with department directors across security, custodial, grounds, HR, and administrative services — ensuring all service delivery is aligned, compliant, and performing at or above contract requirements at all times.
